ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking into how repeated archery shots affect certain muscles in the upper arms and whether stretching during the initial phase of shooting makes a difference. Researchers want to understand how these factors impact muscle activity, which can help improve performance and prevent injuries for archers.
To be eligible for the study, participants need to be healthy adults who have been training as archers at least twice a week for the last six months. They should be over 18 years old and not have any recent injuries or illnesses that could affect their participation. The study will not be recruiting participants just yet, but if you are an active archer in good health, this could be a chance to contribute to important research in the sport. Participants will engage in all parts of the study and help researchers learn more about the effects of archery on muscle health.
