ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how sleep quality affects self-care in patients with heart failure. Researchers want to understand the connection between how well patients sleep, how they take care of themselves, and their thinking abilities. The goal is to learn more about these relationships over time to help improve care for heart failure patients.

To take part in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a diagnosis of heart failure. You should be able to communicate by phone and be willing to participate. If you join, you'll provide information during phone follow-ups at different points over six months. The study is currently looking for participants and aims to enroll about 207 people. It’s important to know that certain individuals, such as those recently hospitalized or with serious health issues, won't be eligible to participate. Your involvement could help uncover valuable insights that benefit others with heart failure in the future.
