ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to improve injury prevention strategies for amateur football players, both youth and adults. The main focus is on a program called Knee Control+, which is designed to help players prevent injuries. The study will compare two groups of football teams: one group will receive extra support to help them use Knee Control+ effectively, while the other group will have standard access to the program materials without additional help. Researchers want to see if the extra support makes a difference in how well teams use the program and how effective it is in preventing injuries.
To participate in this trial, teams must include male and female players aged 10 and older who practice at least twice a week during the season. All eligible players can join, regardless of whether they are currently injured. Throughout the season, coaches and players will provide feedback on their experiences with the program, and the study will track how many injuries occur. This information will help researchers understand how to better support teams in using the Knee Control+ program and improve overall player safety on the field.
