ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new way to help people who have had a stroke improve their balance and turning abilities. After a stroke, many patients struggle with basic movements, and turning is often a tough challenge. The study will test a combination of specific training exercises that focus on turning, along with strength training for the legs, to see if this approach can help improve walking and balance more effectively than traditional methods.
To join the study, participants need to be between 45 and 60 years old, have experienced a stroke at least six months ago, and be able to understand basic questions (as measured by a simple mental test). Unfortunately, those with certain conditions, like bleeding strokes or other serious neurological issues, won't be eligible. If you decide to participate, you can expect to engage in targeted exercises designed to make daily movements easier and enhance your overall quality of life.
