ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new and fun way to help menopausal women improve their sleep quality and overall well-being. The study will use an interactive game to teach women about sleep hygiene, which means good habits and practices that can lead to better sleep. Researchers believe that by making learning more engaging and enjoyable, women may experience improvements not just in their sleep, but also in the symptoms related to menopause and their quality of life. This approach aims to provide useful insights for healthcare providers, especially midwives, to support women during this stage of life.
To be eligible for this study, participants should be women aged 40 to 60 who have been in menopause for at least a year and can understand and speak Turkish. They should also be in good health, without serious medical conditions or sleep disorders, and not receiving hormone treatments. Participants will need access to a computer or smartphone and the internet to play the game. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to pave the way for innovative education methods in women's health care.
