ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how training the muscles we use to breathe can help young volleyball players. Specifically, it aims to see if exercises that strengthen these muscles can improve their breathing ability and overall performance in sports. The study is open to female athletes aged 12 to 18 who practice at a moderate intensity at least three times a week.
If a young athlete joins the study, they will participate in specific training designed to enhance their respiratory (breathing) muscles. It's important to note that those with any long-term lung problems or who cannot follow the study's requirements will not be eligible to participate. Overall, this trial is a great opportunity for young volleyball players to potentially boost their athletic performance through focused breathing exercises.
