ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a special therapy called su-jok therapy can help reduce pain during labor for first-time mothers (known as primiparas). The study aims to see if this therapy can make the experience of labor more comfortable. If you are a woman over 18 years old who is giving birth for the first time and is in the early stage of labor, you may be eligible to participate in this study.
The trial is not yet recruiting participants, so it's not open for enrollment at this time. Those who can join must be expecting their baby between 37 to 41 weeks of pregnancy and must consent to take part in the research. Unfortunately, women who have had previous births, are younger than 18, or have certain disabilities will not be able to participate. If selected, participants can expect to receive su-jok therapy during labor and have their pain levels monitored during the process. This study aims to provide insights that could help improve labor experiences for future mothers.
