ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two different methods for helping women who are donating eggs (oocytes) to reach the final stage of egg maturation. Researchers want to compare a medication called triptorelin, which is given by injection, to another medication called nafarelin, which is given as a nasal spray. The goal is to see if nafarelin works just as well as triptorelin in helping the eggs mature properly.
To be eligible for this trial, women must be between the ages of 18 and 35, be undergoing a specific type of ovarian stimulation cycle, and have a healthy body weight (BMI between 18 and 30). They should also have at least 10 follicles that are large enough for egg retrieval. Participants will need to sign a consent form to join the study. It's important to note that women with certain medical conditions or allergies to the study medications cannot participate. If you join the trial, you will be closely monitored to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the treatment.
