ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new app designed to help emergency medical services (EMS) teams respond more effectively during pediatric emergencies, such as when a child is in cardiac arrest. The researchers want to find out if this app, which provides step-by-step guidance, is easy to use and acceptable for EMS teams working in both cities and rural areas. Teams will practice responding to two critical scenarios using either their current methods or the new app, allowing researchers to compare how well they perform and how they feel during the process.
To be eligible for this trial, you must be an active EMS provider, at least 18 years old, and able to speak and understand English. You won't be able to participate if you are not currently working in a clinical role. If you decide to take part, you will be involved in high-fidelity simulations that mimic real-life emergency situations, helping to test whether this new tool can make a positive difference in saving children's lives.
