ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how adult patients with congenital heart disease (a heart condition people are born with) are managed in a real-world healthcare setting. Researchers at the Institute of Pediatric Cardiology want to understand the best ways to take care of these patients by observing their treatment and health over time. This study is observational, meaning that participants will not receive any new treatments; instead, their regular medical care will be monitored to gather important health information.
To be part of this study, patients need to be adults (18 years or older) who have congenital heart disease, either currently being treated or who have had surgery for their condition after February 14, 2014. Participants must also be able to provide consent and should have follow-up data available after their initial visit. Those who are interested can join this study, which is currently recruiting, and will contribute to improving the understanding of care for adults with congenital heart disease by sharing their experiences in a safe and familiar setting.
