ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called "Silicon Photon Counting CT," is designed to gather information about a new type of imaging technology called photon-counting computed tomography (CT). The goal is to see how well this advanced imaging method works in a real clinical setting, which means in hospitals or doctor's offices where patients receive care.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and able to give your consent by signing a form. You should also have had or be scheduled for a medical imaging exam, like an MRI or CT scan, within a certain timeframe. However, some people cannot take part, such as those who are pregnant, have allergies to certain contrast dyes used in imaging, or need urgent medical care. If you join the trial, you can expect to undergo a CT scan using this new technology, and the study will help improve how imaging is done in the future.
