ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a breastfeeding education program designed to help pregnant women prepare for breastfeeding. The program is based on a theory that focuses on understanding and changing behaviors. The goal is to see if this training can improve how ready women feel to breastfeed, boost their motivation, and help them feel more confident about breastfeeding, while also reducing the chances of stopping breastfeeding too early.
To be eligible for the study, women need to be over 18 years old and in their last trimester of pregnancy (27 weeks or more). They should also be planning to attend breastfeeding training at a special program, speak and understand Turkish, have a healthy pregnancy, and have a single healthy baby after giving birth. Participants will receive training and support through the program and will be expected to take part in follow-up meetings. It's important to note that those with certain health issues or complications during pregnancy may not qualify. This study is not yet open for recruitment, but it aims to help mothers feel more prepared for breastfeeding their babies.
