To participate in this study, you need to be a female student in your 4th year of the Midwifery program at Hamidiye Health Sciences Faculty, and you must be actively attending your classes. Unfortunately, if you've already completed a neonatal resuscitation training course or are not meeting these criteria, you won't be eligible. If you decide to join, you'll be part of a study that aims to enhance how future healthcare providers are trained, potentially improving care for newborns in need.

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Volunteer to participate in the research.
• • Be an active student in the 4th year of the Midwifery Department of Hamidiye Health Sciences Faculty, University of Health Sciences.
• • Attend theoretical classes regularly.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Being a passive student in the 4th year of the Midwifery Department of Hamidiye Health Sciences Faculty, University of Health Sciences.
• • Not meeting the inclusion criteria.
• • Having attended the Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate Training or Course.
