ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two medications, Remimazolam and Propofol, to see how effective and safe they are when used for moderate sedation during endoscopic procedures. Endoscopic procedures are tests that involve looking inside the body, usually through the digestive system. Researchers want to find out if using these medications together can improve the anesthesia experience and help patients recover better after their procedures.
To be eligible for the trial, participants should be between 20 and 80 years old and scheduled for an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. Certain health conditions, such as allergies to the study medications or serious liver or kidney issues, might prevent someone from participating. If you join the study, you’ll receive one of the medications or a combination of both, and the medical team will monitor your safety and comfort throughout the process. This trial is currently looking for volunteers to help us learn more about the best ways to keep patients relaxed and pain-free during these important examinations.
