ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how different ways of focusing during exercises can help improve neck muscle activity in people with a condition known as Forward Head Posture (FHP). FHP can lead to muscle imbalances in the neck and shoulders, and the study aims to find out whether using internal focus (thinking about body movements) or external focus (thinking about the outcome of the movements) can make a difference when doing exercises aimed at correcting this posture.
To participate in the study, individuals need to be between 18 and 35 years old and have a specific neck angle measurement that indicates FHP. They should not currently be experiencing any pain in their neck or other areas, and they must be willing to avoid other treatments during the study period. Participants will engage in exercises designed to improve their neck position while the researchers monitor how well their neck muscles are working. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to provide valuable insights into effective ways to address FHP.
