However, if you have allergies to local anesthetics, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have serious heart or lung problems, or have certain other medical conditions, you may not be eligible. If you join the study, you will receive anesthesia when you arrive for your surgery, and your health will be monitored throughout the process to ensure your safety and comfort.

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-III.

• • Scheduled to undergo breast surgery, including augmentation, fibroadenoma excision, or mastectomy.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Known allergy to local anesthetics.
• • Pregnancy or lactation.
• • Coagulation disorders.
• • Severe cardiopulmonary disease.
• • Local infection at the injection site.
• • Unstable psychiatric illness.
