ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how different materials used after free gingival graft (FGG) surgery can affect recovery and comfort for patients. FGG surgery is performed to help increase the amount of healthy gum tissue when there is a problem with gum recession. In this study, patients will be assigned to one of three groups, each receiving a different type of dressing on the donor site in the mouth (usually the palate) where tissue is taken for the graft. The aim is to see which dressing helps reduce pain and improve healing.

To participate in this trial, you need to be between 18 and 85 years old, in good health, and a non-smoker. You should also not be taking regular medications or have had a graft from the same area before. Throughout the study, your pain levels will be checked at different times after surgery, and your healing will be monitored as well. This trial is important because it could help improve how patients recover from gum surgery and manage discomfort.
