ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, titled "Physical Activity, Mediterranean Diet and Maternity Blues: a Multidisciplinary Approach," is designed to explore how physical activity, eating habits, and emotional well-being relate to maternity blues in new mothers. Maternity blues refers to feelings of sadness or anxiety that some women experience after giving birth. The study will look at how active these women are, how much time they spend sitting, what they eat, and how they feel emotionally in the weeks following childbirth.
To participate in this trial, women must be at least 18 years old and able to understand spoken and written Italian. Unfortunately, those with certain health conditions that could make physical activity unsafe will not be eligible. Participants can expect to engage in activities and discussions that will help researchers better understand the impact of lifestyle choices on emotional health after giving birth. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to provide valuable insights for improving the well-being of new mothers.
