ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, titled "Mindfulness Interventions and Emotional Distress: A Daily Study," aims to understand how mindfulness practices can help reduce emotional distress, which is the feeling of being overwhelmed or anxious. The study will look at whether keeping a daily diary about thoughts and feelings can help explain how mindfulness techniques work to improve emotional well-being.
To be eligible for this study, participants should be aged between 65 and 74 years and have a score greater than 21 on a specific distress scale, indicating they are experiencing significant emotional distress. However, the study is not open for recruitment yet. Participants will need to be able to access the Internet and understand Chinese, as these are requirements for joining.
