ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to treat allergic rhinitis, which is a condition that causes sneezing, a runny nose, and other allergy symptoms. The researchers want to see if using a steroid irrigation method, which involves rinsing the nose with a steroid solution, is more effective than the usual nasal sprays. They will also look at any side effects that might occur from this treatment.
To participate in this study, individuals must be between 18 and 60 years old and have been diagnosed with persistent allergic rhinitis. They should have tried using nasal sprays for at least two weeks but still have bothersome symptoms. However, people who have had sinus surgery, have certain nasal problems, or are pregnant will not be eligible to join. If someone decides to participate, they will receive the new treatment and be monitored for any changes in their symptoms or side effects. This study is currently not yet recruiting participants, so there will be more information available soon for those interested.
