• Inclusion Criteria:

• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Uncooperative patients.
• • Severe comorbid conditions.

• • Anticoagulant therapy.
• • Known allergies to plasma rich fibrin components.
• • Body mass index (BMI) ≥35 kg/m2.
