ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how effective digital multimedia health education can be in helping cancer patients manage their pain better. The researchers want to see if using engaging videos and graphics can help patients understand their pain, stick to their pain medication schedules, and feel more satisfied with their pain control. This is important because many cancer patients experience significant pain, but not all get the help they need to manage it.

To participate in this trial, you need to be an adult over 18 years old, diagnosed with a solid tumor, and reporting pain at a level of 4 or higher on a scale of 0 to 10. You should also be using strong prescribed pain medications and be able to communicate in Mandarin, either by speaking or writing. Participants can expect to learn about managing their pain and medications through digital tools that they can access on devices like smartphones or tablets, even when healthcare providers are busy. The goal is to empower patients to take control of their pain management and improve their quality of life.
