ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand how a multivitamin combined with blueberry polyphenol (called Vitals+) affects thinking skills in healthy adults. Researchers also want to see how certain nutrients in the body change when people take this supplement. The study is completely remote, meaning you can participate from home without needing to go anywhere in person.
To take part, you need to be a healthy adult over 18 years old, have access to a computer with the internet, and be new to taking nutritional supplements. If you join, you'll complete a fun online game to test your thinking skills and send in a small blood sample to check your nutrient levels. After taking the Vitals+ supplement daily for three months, you’ll repeat the blood test and the game to see how things have changed. It's important to note that people with certain health conditions or who have taken other supplements recently may not be eligible. This study could provide valuable insights into how nutrition impacts cognitive function!
