ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at a special program designed to help improve nerve healing after a specific type of surgery called robot-assisted laparoscopic decompression. This surgery is aimed at treating chronic pelvic pain caused by conditions known as pudendal and inferior cluneal neuralgias, especially for patients who haven't found relief from other medical treatments. The goal is to see how effective this program is in helping patients recover and feel better after their surgery over a one-year period.

To participate in the trial, patients must be at least 18 years old and have tried other treatments for their pudendal and/or inferior cluneal neuralgias without success. It's important to note that individuals who cannot undergo surgery for medical reasons, those under legal protection, or pregnant or breastfeeding women cannot join. If eligible, participants can expect to receive care and support focused on their recovery, and they will be closely monitored throughout the study to track their progress and any changes in their pain levels.
