ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how two types of exercises—ballistic and plyometric training—affect the performance of badminton players. Ballistic training involves quick, explosive movements, while plyometric training focuses on jumping and bouncing exercises. The goal of the study is to find out which type of training helps badminton players perform better, so coaches and athletes can choose the most effective training program.
To participate in this trial, you need to be an active male badminton player aged between 20 and 28 years. Unfortunately, if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are outside the age range, you won't be eligible. If you join, you'll have the opportunity to engage in either type of training program and see how it impacts your performance on the court. This research is important because it will help us understand the best ways to train badminton athletes for improved performance.
