This clinical trial is studying a new treatment called NC-001 for people with chronic hyponatremia, which is a condition where there is not enough sodium in the blood. This specific study is focused on a type of hyponatremia known as chronic euvolemic hyponatremia, where the body has a normal amount of fluids but still has low sodium levels. The trial is currently not yet recruiting participants, but when it starts, it will be looking for men and women aged 18 to 85 who have been diagnosed with this condition.

If you or a loved one meets the criteria, you may have the opportunity to participate in this study. Participants will undergo evaluations to ensure they are the right fit for the trial and will receive the experimental treatment to see how it affects sodium levels in the body. It’s important to note that individuals whose hyponatremia is caused by other specific conditions will not be eligible for this trial. Overall, this study aims to find a potential new way to help manage chronic hyponatremia and improve the health of those affected.

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • 1. Men or women ≥18 and ≤85 years of age
• • 2. Diagnosis of chronic euvolemic hyponatremia
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • 1. Hyponatremia assessed by the Investigator to be hypervolemic, hypovolemic, or due to psychogenic polydipsia
