ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a mindfulness-based lifestyle support program can help improve the quality of life for women who are facing infertility and are about to start in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. The aim is to see if this program can enhance their overall well-being, mindfulness, attention, and potentially improve their IVF treatment outcomes.
To participate, women must be under 45 years old, be experiencing primary infertility, and be preparing to undergo IVF. They also need to have a smartphone or computer to access the program. However, those who have previously trained in mindfulness, have any mental health issues, chronic diseases, or disabilities, or miss more than two training sessions will not be eligible. If you join, you can expect to take part in mindfulness training sessions that may help manage stress and improve your overall experience during IVF treatment.
