ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how a special education program called the Esmadem Education Model can help pregnant women cope spiritually, deal with their feelings about childbirth, and manage depression. The aim is to provide a more complete kind of care that not only focuses on the physical health of pregnant women but also supports their emotional and spiritual well-being. By participating, women may learn new ways to feel more connected to their pregnancy and reduce their fears about giving birth.

To be eligible for this study, women need to be between 18 and 35 years old, able to speak and understand Turkish, and currently in their 24th week of a healthy pregnancy. They should also be willing to attend educational meetings and not have any serious fears or mental health issues related to childbirth. Participants can expect to take part in a series of training sessions designed to support them through their pregnancy journey. It's important to note that women who miss three or more sessions or face certain health risks during the study will not be able to continue.
