ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how an 8-week strength training program using elastic bands can improve physical performance in female football players. The study focuses on players in three age groups: U15, U19, and Senior levels. The main goal is to find out if this specific type of resistance training can help enhance various physical abilities, such as strength and performance on the field.
To participate, players must be part of a women's football club and compete in either district or national championships. During the trial, participants will take part in a 20-minute training session with elastic bands twice a week for 8 weeks, all while continuing their regular football activities. Assessments will be done before starting the training and again after 8 weeks to see if there have been any improvements. If you’re a female football player in the eligible age groups and looking to enhance your performance, this could be a great opportunity!
