ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness and safety of two new tooth bleaching gels, both with and without special nanoparticles and light activation, compared to two popular commercial whitening products. The main goal is to see how much whiter participants' teeth become, how sensitive their teeth might feel during the treatment, and how satisfied they are with the results. The trial will include 120 participants aged between 18 and 65 years who have moderate yellowing of their teeth.
To be eligible, participants should have healthy gums, be willing to follow the treatment guidelines, and have teeth that fall within certain color shades. However, individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have dental restorations, or certain dental issues will not be included. Participants can expect to be randomly assigned to one of the treatment groups and will have their tooth color changes measured with specialized equipment. This study aims to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of experimental bleaching gels compared to established products.
