ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how virtual reality glasses and meditation music can help women who are going through their first embryo transfer procedure. The study aims to see if these tools can reduce anxiety and pain, improve vital signs (like heart rate and blood pressure), increase satisfaction with the procedure, and potentially influence pregnancy outcomes. There will be three groups of participants: one group will use VR glasses and listen to meditation music, the second group will only listen to meditation music, and the third group will not receive any special treatment.
To be eligible for this study, women need to be diagnosed with primary infertility and be having an embryo transfer for the first time. Participants will be asked to relax for 15 minutes before the procedure, either enjoying a calming nature view with VR glasses or simply listening to music. After the procedure, researchers will check how participants felt during the process and assess their satisfaction. It’s important to note that women who are taking antidepressants, sedatives, or painkillers close to the procedure, or who have hearing and vision impairments, will not be included in the study.
