ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how online resources can help adults with chronic pain become more active. The researchers want to see if providing participants with a User Guide and weekly reminders about using a new Online Pain-Management Resource will lead to better results in areas like activity levels, sleep, and pain management compared to those who only have access to the resource without any additional support.
To participate, you need to be at least 18 years old, have chronic pain for three months or more, and be interested in increasing your activity level. You should also be able to read and speak English, live in the U.S., and be willing to use a Fitbit device to track your activity during the study. If you join, you'll receive resources to help manage your pain and stay active over an eight-week period. This trial is not yet recruiting, but it aims to help improve the lives of many people dealing with chronic pain.
