ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a specific type of exercise, called Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise Training, can help women with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) who experience urinary incontinence and how it may improve their quality of life. The exercises are based on something called the Health Belief Model, which helps people understand the benefits of taking care of their health. Researchers want to find out if these exercises can really make a difference for women with MS.
To participate in this study, women must be at least 18 years old, have a confirmed diagnosis of MS, and experience urinary incontinence. They should not have had an MS attack in the past month, and their medical treatment should not have changed in the last three months. Participants will be guided through the exercise program and will be monitored to see how their urinary symptoms and overall quality of life change over time. It's important to know that this study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to provide valuable insights into how exercise can help women with MS manage their symptoms.
