However, those who use a walking aid, have depression, or have certain medical issues that affect movement may not be eligible. Participants will be monitored with pedometers to track their steps, and their physical activity and well-being will be assessed before and after surgery. This trial aims to better understand how preoperative exercise can support recovery and enhance the overall experience for patients undergoing this major procedure.

- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Urothelial cell cancer of the bladder
- • Treatment with radical cystectomy
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Need for walking aid
- • Depression
- • cardiovascular, neuromuscular or orthopaedic deficites / disorders
- • Time to surgery \< 3 Weeks
