ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how well people with chronic low back pain can exercise their upper body and how that relates to their overall strength and breathing. The study aims to understand if there is a connection between how strong someone is in their arms and chest, their level of pain, how much their back pain stops them from doing daily activities, and their overall quality of life.
To participate, you need to be between 18 and 65 years old and have experienced chronic low back pain for at least three months, with a pain level of 3 or higher on a scale of 0 to 10. Unfortunately, if you have a history of certain medical issues, like cancer or spinal surgery, or specific conditions affecting your spine or mental health, you may not be eligible. If you join the study, you'll help researchers learn more about the relationship between exercise capacity and various factors related to chronic low back pain, which could lead to better treatments in the future.
