ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new approach to help doctors make better treatment decisions for men with metastatic prostate cancer, which is cancer that has spread beyond the prostate. The researchers want to see if using a specific test called TRAQinform Theranostics can change how doctors decide on treatment after they have a clearer picture of how the cancer is responding to initial therapy. They will also look at whether this test can help identify how well the treatment is working and if there are any side effects after 12 weeks.

To participate in this trial, you must be at least 18 years old, have been diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer, and be planning to start a specific treatment called 177Lu-PSMA (also known as Pluvicto). You should be able to undergo two imaging tests, which are special scans to track the cancer's progress, one before treatment and another after 12 weeks. The study is looking for men who are in good health overall, without any other serious illnesses that might interfere with the trial. If you decide to join, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to important research that could improve cancer care for others in the future.
