ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new program called tele-cardiac rehabilitation (tele-CR), which is designed to help patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) recover and improve their heart health from home using a smartphone app. The main goal of the study is to see if patients find this program easy to use and whether they are willing to participate in it over a 12-week period. The results of this study will help researchers understand how to better design future rehabilitation programs for heart patients.
To participate in this trial, you must be at least 20 years old, have a diagnosis of CHD, and own a smartphone that you can use. You also need to be able to communicate clearly and agree to take part in the study. However, there are some health conditions that would exclude you from joining, such as severe heart issues or other serious medical problems. If you do take part, you can expect to use the app regularly for the program duration, and your feedback will be valuable in shaping future treatments for heart health.
