ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how certain foot mobility techniques can help improve balance and reduce pressure on the feet in healthy young adults aged 18 to 24. Researchers want to see if these techniques can make a difference in how well people balance, how much pressure is felt on their feet, and other measures related to foot function. The study will involve participants completing specific tests to evaluate their balance and foot movement.
To take part in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and in good health. However, pregnant women, those who have had lower limb injuries in the past year, individuals with certain foot problems, or those who currently use special insoles or orthotics will not be eligible. If you decide to participate, you can expect to engage in activities and tests that will help researchers understand the effects of these foot mobility techniques on your balance and foot function. This study is not yet recruiting participants, so keep an eye out for updates if you’re interested!
