ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring a new mind-body treatment for people with chronic hip pain, which is pain that has lasted for three months or longer. The study aims to see if this treatment, called HIPS, is practical and well-received by patients. They are looking for adults aged 18 and older who experience significant hip pain and have certain challenges related to physical activity and mental health. For instance, eligible participants might struggle with things like feeling overwhelmed by their pain or not being physically active enough.

Participants in this trial can expect to receive the HIPS treatment and share their experiences through interviews. The researchers will use this information to improve the program and prepare for a larger trial in the future. It's important to note that people who have had hip surgery or have pain coming from their lower back will not be eligible for this study. If you're interested in learning more or seeing if you qualify, the study is currently recruiting participants.
