ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to monitor the health of babies in high-risk pregnancies from the comfort of home. Traditionally, a test called a nonstress test (NST) is done in a clinic or hospital to check how well the baby is doing, but this can be challenging for some women. The study will explore whether a device called femomTM can help women perform these tests at home, making it easier for them to get the care they need without frequent trips to a medical facility.
Women who are pregnant for at least 32 weeks and have been advised by their doctor to have regular NSTs may qualify to join this study. Participants will be asked to complete three 30-minute monitoring sessions each week for six weeks. The goal is to see if home monitoring is a viable option and to understand how comfortable women feel using this method. This trial is an important step in improving access to prenatal care for those who need it most.
