ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of a special exercise program designed to help women who have had a cesarean section (C-section) recover more effectively. The program includes training before the surgery and specific exercises after the surgery. The goal is to see if this targeted movement can help prevent stomach problems that sometimes occur after surgery and support new mothers with breastfeeding and caring for their babies.
To participate in this study, women need to be between 18 and 35 years old, have had a healthy pregnancy with a single baby, and not have any serious pregnancy complications. Before joining, they will need to provide consent and may answer some questions about their health and recovery. Participants can expect to track their movement and breastfeeding experiences during the study, which will help researchers understand how early mobilization can improve recovery after a C-section. If you're considering joining, it’s important to know that the study will only include women who can follow the exercise plan and communicate with the research team shortly after giving birth.
