ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial, titled "Laughter Yoga's Impact on Children's Anger and Well-Being," is investigating how laughter yoga can help reduce anger and improve overall mental well-being in schoolchildren. Laughter yoga is a fun activity that combines laughter exercises with yoga, and previous research suggests it can lower stress and enhance communication skills. The study focuses on children aged 8 to 11 who experience high levels of anger and may not have strong social support. Researchers hope that the positive effects of laughter yoga will make a difference in their daily lives and help create a better environment at school.

To participate in the study, children need to be students at the school where the research is happening, have permission from a parent or guardian, and score above a certain level on a children's emotion regulation assessment. However, children with certain health issues or those who have recently received psychological treatment cannot join. Throughout the study, participants will engage in laughter yoga sessions, and those who miss two consecutive sessions or don't follow the study guidelines may be removed from the program. Overall, this trial aims to provide valuable insights into how laughter yoga can support children's emotional health.
