ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on improving sleep for teenagers who struggle with insomnia. The study aims to create a new version of a program called Firefly, which helps teens manage their sleep problems through cognitive behavioral therapy. To do this, the researchers want to form a Teen Advisory Board (TAB) made up of teens who will work together with the study team to design and test this new program. They will share their experiences and suggestions to make the program more engaging and effective.
To participate in this study, teens must be between 13 and 18 years old and report having trouble sleeping. Unfortunately, those who do not speak English will not be eligible for this trial. While the study is not currently recruiting participants, those who join can expect to contribute their ideas and feedback on the new program, helping to shape a tool that could benefit many other young people facing similar sleep issues.
