ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how mindfulness-based stress reduction training can help pregnant women who have been diagnosed with mild to moderate preeclampsia. Preeclampsia is a condition that can affect both the mother and baby during pregnancy, and it can cause stress and anxiety for expectant mothers. The study aims to see if learning mindfulness techniques can lower anxiety levels and improve health outcomes for these women.
To participate in this study, women must be over 18, be pregnant for the first time with a single baby in the right position for birth, and have been diagnosed with preeclampsia. They also need to be able to read and understand Turkish. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but if eligible women choose to take part, they can expect to learn new ways to manage stress during their pregnancy. This research is important because it could lead to better support for women dealing with the challenges of preeclampsia.
