ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how diaphragmatic breathing, a technique that focuses on deep breathing using the diaphragm, can help pregnant women who are experiencing low back pain. The researchers want to see if this breathing practice can improve pain levels, daily function, balance, and overall quality of life for women who are between 19 and 29 weeks pregnant.

To participate in this trial, women need to be over 18 years old and have low back pain that started during their pregnancy without any previous back issues. They should not have received any treatment for their back in the last three months, and they must not have any serious medical conditions or complications related to their pregnancy. Participants will engage in breathing exercises and may experience improvements in their pain and daily activities. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, so if you fit the criteria and are interested, it could be a great opportunity to help improve care for pregnant women with similar issues.
