ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how improving posture and movement can help men who have had prostate surgery and experience urinary incontinence, which means they have trouble controlling their urine. Researchers believe that by focusing on how men stand up and sit down, they can help reduce the pressure on the bladder and improve continence. Participants will be asked to share their experiences with activities that are difficult for them, like getting up from a chair, to better understand how posture affects their condition.
To be eligible for the study, men must be over 18 years old, have had prostate surgery within the past year, and experience urinary leakage when standing or sitting. They should also be able to follow instructions related to posture education. Participants can expect to learn techniques that may improve their control over urinary leakage while receiving support to make these changes. It's important to note that this trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to find effective ways to help men regain confidence and comfort in their daily lives following prostate surgery.
