ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new treatment called NeuroReAlign Therapy to see if it can help improve thinking and memory skills in people who have had a stroke. The researchers want to compare how effective NeuroReAlign Therapy is against traditional cognitive therapy, which is the usual treatment for helping stroke survivors with their cognitive difficulties. They are looking for participants who are adults aged 18 to 70, and who have experienced a stroke at least six months prior. However, individuals with severe cognitive impairments or those who cannot walk independently are not eligible to join the study.
Participants in the trial will receive either NeuroReAlign Therapy or conventional cognitive therapy for four weeks. They will undergo several tests to assess their cognitive abilities before and after the treatment period. These tests will help researchers understand if the new therapy is more effective than traditional methods in improving thinking skills in stroke survivors. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to provide valuable insights into better rehabilitation options for stroke patients.
