ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, titled "Emotional Management in Adolescents," is focused on helping teenagers improve their ability to manage their emotions. Specifically, it aims to teach 14- to 16-year-olds in 9th and 10th grades skills that can help them recognize, accept, and manage their feelings. The study will take place in two high schools in Ankara, Türkiye, where selected participants will join a four-week training program. This program will cover topics like understanding emotions and developing a positive mindset. The hope is that by participating, teens will feel better emotionally, experience less anxiety, and enhance their overall well-being.
To be eligible for this study, students need to be enrolled in 9th or 10th grade, able to commit to the four-week program, and speak Turkish. They also need permission from their parents to join. However, students with diagnosed mental health issues or those receiving treatment for psychological conditions will not be included.
