ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how a special type of exercise program can improve the quality of life, help with stress, and enhance overall well-being in older women. The researchers want to see if this exercise can lead to healthier aging and provide useful information for healthcare providers who care for elderly women.

To participate in this study, you need to be a woman over 60 years old, able to read and speak Turkish, and willing to take part. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but once it starts, those who join can expect to engage in various exercises designed for older adults. It's important to note that this study is looking for women who haven't been regularly exercising, as those who are already active or have certain health issues might not be eligible. Overall, this research aims to learn more about how exercise can positively impact health and well-being in older women.
