ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying two types of exercise methods—called "exercise snacks" and "sprint interval training"—to see how they can help improve heart health and fitness in overweight adults. The goal is to find out if these shorter, more flexible exercise options can be easier for people to fit into their busy lives, especially for those who find it hard to follow traditional exercise recommendations due to time constraints or lack of equipment.

To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 35 years old and have a body mass index (BMI) that shows you're overweight but not obese. You should also be someone who doesn’t exercise regularly—meaning you do three or fewer workouts each week. Importantly, participants must be in good health without any serious medical conditions that could interfere with exercise. If you join the trial, you can expect to try these different types of exercise and help researchers learn more about how effective they are. The trial is currently not recruiting participants, so it’s a good idea to keep an eye out for updates if you're interested!
